Access to CAM Directo is based on access codes (username and password) and a Token. It is very important to realize that your Token is the key used to access and operate your account. Remember that the combination of your username, password and Token is required to log onto and operate through CAM Directo.

1.- Keep your password secret.
Never reveal your passwords on the Internet, by e-mail or instant messenger.

2.- Never provide or give your coordinates card to anyone else.
Not even if you know them. Your passwords and cards are personal and no one else must use them. As a security measure, you have a limited number of attempts to enter your password or code.

3.- Never choose passwords that can be easily guessed.
Use passwords that are not directly related with your personal life (such as important dates, telephone numbers, etc.).

4.- Avoid noting down your passwords.
Do not write your passwords down on paper or in documents saved on the computer.

5.- Change your password regularly.
Especially if you suspect others may know it.

6.- Do not provide personal details on data request forms.
Except when absolutely necessary, to obtain a service (for example, when making a purchase or if you have to receive a postal order). Make sure the website has a visible link to its Privacy Policy and, wherever possible, that the data are entered under secure protocol (the address will begin with https and an image of a padlock is shown).

7.- For increased security, do not use the same password for CAM Directo and other websites.
