The Agency may share with its affiliates information about you, which you have provided or which Caja Mediterráneo obtains as a result of your transactions or other activities. Our affiliates can help us to provide customer services in relation to your account and transactions. In order to provide these services to our customers, we might disclose information about your account and transactions to our affiliates.
6. Restrictions on the Disclosure of Information to Third Parties outside the Agency.
We do not reveal specific information about your account or any other personal information to third parties not affiliated to Caja Mediterráneo for their independent unless:
- You request or authorize this information to be passed on.
- The information is provided in order to complete a transaction initiated by you.
- The information is supplied to any credit bureau or similar reporting entity.
- The disclosure takes place in another legally permitted or required context.
7. Maintaining Your Privacy in Business Relations with Third Parties.
Occasionally, we must pass personal information onto third parties such as the sales or service companies contracted to prepare your orders or checkbooks or to provide support or service about our products.
